ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hours of purchase. After this 2-hour window, orders are automatically processed for fulfillment and cannot be canceled or modified.

Subscription Orders

Subscription customers are charged on a recurring basis according to the schedule selected at checkout.

• Automatic subscription orders cannot be canceled once the charge has processed.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges.

• Cancellation requests apply only to upcoming orders, not orders already placed or processed

Returns & Damages

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

If your order arrives damaged, a replacement may be issued with valid proof of damage (photos must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery).
